Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated(Cas)9系统由于其突变效率高、制作简单、成本低,被越来越广泛地应用于植物基因组的精确修饰,是一种具有广阔应用前景的基因组定点改造分子工具。本研究构建了玉米淀粉合成酶调控因子基因ZmRSR1的CRISPR/Cas9载体系统,为在玉米中实现该基因的定向突变奠定了坚实基础,同时也为玉米基因组的定点突变修饰提供了重要参考。
