文对山东省农民门诊卫生服务利用情况进行了调查，结果表明门诊服务利用村级明显高于乡镇级，乡镇级高于县及县以上级医疗机构；在村居民的月就诊率是２５４．２％，不同经济水平地区农村居民的就诊率差别不显著。单因素分析显示年龄、文化程度、职业、家在劳动力和慢性病等因素对门诊服务利用有影响。
This paper investigated the utilization of outpatient outpatient services in Shandong Province. The results showed that outpatient service utilization was significantly higher than that of township level and that of township level was higher than that of county and county level. The monthly visiting rate of residents in villages was 254.2 %, There is no significant difference in the visiting rate among rural residents in different economic levels. Univariate analysis showed that age, educational level, occupation, home labor and chronic diseases and other factors have an impact on outpatient service utilization.
