本文分析了刘家峡水电站压力钢管水力共振的特点,並指出共振的振源是尾水管内的接近转频频率的压力脉动。 根据水锤理论及有关实验资料,阐明接近转频频率的压力脉动与涡带引起的压力脉动是普遍存在,同时存在和分开存在的,而且两者的成因是不同的。此外还得出接近转频的频率与单位转速n_1’;运行水头H;导叶开度α及旋转频率n的关系。 此结果有利于寻找共振的振源并改善之。对电站压力钢管,发电机及有关构件的防共振设计有参考价值。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of hydraulic resonance of penstock in Liujiaxia Hydropower Station and points out that the source of resonance is the pressure fluctuation in the draft tube close to the frequency of conversion. According to the theory of water hammer and relevant experimental data, it is clear that pressure pulsation near the frequency and pressure pulsation caused by vortex band are ubiquitous, exist simultaneously and exist separately, and their causes are different. In addition, the relation between the frequency close to the frequency conversion and the unit speed n_1 ’; the running head H; the guide vane opening α and the rotation frequency n is also obtained. This result is helpful to find the source of resonance and improve it. It has reference value for anti-resonance design of pressure pipe, generator and related components of power station.
