剧烈呕吐致使腹内压骤然增加引起胃贲门,食管远端的粘膜和粘膜下层撕裂并发大量出血,称为Mallory-Weiss 综合征。现报道1例。女,13岁,因间歇性颜面及下肢水肿11个月,恶心呕吐3天入院。既往无特殊病史。查体:贫血貌,眼睑轻度浮肿。心肺正常。肝脾未扪及。血红蛋白60g/L,白细胞6×10~9/L,中性57%,淋巴41%,嗜酸2%。血小板141×10~9/L,出、凝血时间正常。尿蛋 Severe vomiting caused by sudden increase in intra-abdominal pressure caused by gastric cardia, esophageal distal mucosa and submucosal tear complicated by massive bleeding, known as Mallory-Weiss syndrome.
