针对由65Mn材料制作的行走轮的爆裂现象,对淬火工艺、硬度、化学成分和显微组织等多方面因素进行分析,发现材料存在大量的碳化物液析,并伴有缩孔和夹杂物,分析了缺陷组织的成因,认为以碳化物液析为主的多种缺陷组织是引起该行走轮爆裂的原因。
In view of the phenomenon of bursting of traveling wheel made of 65Mn material, the quenching technology, hardness, chemical composition and microstructure are analyzed. It is found that there are a lot of carbides in the material, with shrinkage and inclusions, The causes of defect organization are analyzed. It is considered that many kinds of defect organizations mainly composed of carbides are the cause of the burst of this running wheel.
