护理教育的目标是培养既具有专业护理技能,又具有关怀照顾他人的品质和能力的高素质人才。要实现这一教学目标,对学生人际沟通能力的培养是重要一环。本人根据教学实践摸索出几种有利于人际沟通能力培养的教学方法和教学手段,并根据护生人际沟通能力的现状分析其薄弱环节所在及其成原因,对如何克服提出了对策。 The goal of nursing education is to train highly qualified personnel with both professional nursing skills and the care and caring qualities and abilities of others. To achieve this teaching goal, the cultivation of students’ interpersonal communication skills is an important part. According to the teaching practice, I have found out several teaching methods and teaching methods that are good for interpersonal communication ability training. According to the current situation of interpersonal communication ability of nursing students, I analyze their weaknesses and causes, and put forward countermeasures to overcome them.
