目的　提高超声对主动脉弓离断的诊断能力。方法　应用超声心动图检查 6例主动脉弓离断患者 ,研究其超声心动图表现特征。并与心导管造影及术后诊断进行对照分析。结果　 6例主动脉弓离断 ,其中A型 5例 ,B型 1例 ,多合并动脉导管未闭及肺动脉高压。结论　超声心动图为主动脉弓离断提供了早期、无创、及时、有效的诊断手段 ,是诊断该疾病的首选方法 Objective To improve the diagnosis of aortic arch disconnection by ultrasound. Methods Echocardiography was performed in 6 patients with aortic arch segmental deformity and their echocardiographic features were studied. And with cardiac catheterization and postoperative diagnosis of controlled analysis. Results 6 cases of aortic arch off, including 5 cases of type A, B type in 1 case, multiple combined patent ductus arteriosus and pulmonary hypertension. Conclusions Echocardiography provides an early, noninvasive, timely and effective diagnostic tool for the disconnection of the aortic arch and is the preferred method of diagnosis of the disease
