基于大通煤业材料大巷掘进过程中,面临通过小窑采空巷道破坏区时围岩应力集中、稳定性差、巷道施工难度大、安全危胁大等现状。通过理论分析、现场取样实验室参数测定、方案设计、专家会诊,提出了一次支护采用锚网索喷支护方式,二次支护采用钢筋混凝土边墙+矿用工字钢顶梁组合二次支护,通过公式推导和实践验证,采用的锚固方式和支护参数能够有效地控制围岩变形。
In the process of tunnel excavation based on Datong Coal Industry Material Facing, facing the current situation of stress concentration, poor stability, large difficulty of roadway construction and big safety threat when the tunnel passes through the small gob-side entry roadway destruction area. Through theoretical analysis, field sampling laboratory parameters determination, program design, expert consultation, put forward a support using anchor wire rope spray support method, the second support using reinforced concrete side wall + mine beam top beam combination of two Times support, through formula derivation and practice verification, the use of anchoring methods and support parameters can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
