用 Fe、Ni部分取代 WC- 8Co合金 (牌号 YG8)中的粘结剂 Co,再添加微量稀土 R制得 WC- 8(Fe/Ni/Co) R硬质合金 ,测试了其物理机械性能 ,研究了粘结剂各种成份比例及烧结温度对硬质合金的影响。结果表明 :WC- 8(Fe/Ni/Co) R硬质合金的性能可以达到 YG8的性能标准。利用扫描电镜 (SEM)及 X射线衍射 (XRD)对其作了显微结构分析 ,同时探讨了影响 WC- 8(Fe/Ni/Co) R合金性能的一些因素。
The mechanical properties of WC-8 (Fe / Ni / Co) R WC-8 (Fe / Ni / Co) R alloy were obtained by substituting Fe and Ni partially for the binder Co in WC-8Co alloy (grade YG8) The effects of various components of binder and sintering temperature on cemented carbide were studied. The results show that the performance of WC-8 (Fe / Ni / Co) R hard alloy can meet the performance standard of YG8. The microstructure of the WC-8 (Fe / Ni / Co) R alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
