在研究减小齿轮热处理变形的基础上,探讨了渗碳齿轮直接淬火时温度选择的理论依据,用热处理强韧化理论作指导,制订了齿轮渗碳并亚温直接淬火新工艺。经初步试验及试生产证明,组织与硬度等性能良好。这一工艺为减小齿轮淬火变形和提高装配精度以及延长运转寿命,提出了新的途径。
Based on the study of reducing the deformation of gear heat treatment, the theoretical basis of temperature selection during direct quenching of carburized gear was discussed. The new technology of direct carburization and sub-temperature direct quenching was developed by using the theory of heat treatment and toughening. After preliminary tests and trial production proved that the organization and hardness of good performance. This process puts forward a new way to reduce the deformation of gear quenching and improve the assembly accuracy and extend the service life.
