高层建筑施工过程中,带转换层框支剪力墙结构具有构件不连续、上下层刚度突变、传力复杂等特点。受地震影响,框支层结构会产生塑性变形,结构抗震性比较差,容易产生地震灾害。为了保证框支剪力墙的使用功能和造型可以达到要求,需要合理选择施工方案。本文以实际工程为例,对高层建筑转换层框支剪力墙结构布置情况、结构设计等进行了分析和探讨。
In the process of high-rise building, the frame-supported shear wall structure with transfer layer has the characteristics of discontinuity of components, sudden change of stiffness of upper and lower floors and complex force transmission. Affected by the earthquake, the frame-supported structure will have plastic deformation, and the structure will have relatively poor seismic resistance, which will easily lead to earthquake disaster. In order to ensure the use of frame-supported shear wall function and shape can meet the requirements, the need for a reasonable choice of construction program. In this paper, the actual project is taken as an example to analyze and discuss the structure arrangement and structure design of frame-supported shear wall of high-rise building transfer story.
