随着社会的数字化进程加快,图书馆也加大了数字化建设的步伐,当读者阅读面对更多的选择时,会对图书馆采购纸质图书提出更高的品质要求,同时也会影响馆配商的原有图书发行工作模式,并对其提出了新的要求,即从粗放模式向精细化转变。本文从采访书目的精细化设计的角度探讨馆配商的精细化管理,选择采用“核心出版社”“多因素流通借阅排行”的方式设计常规和补充采访书目,将图书馆提高采访工作质量与馆配商提升竞争力相融合,为以读者为导向的采访模式提供一种书目设计思路。
