应用重组白细胞介素-6(rIL-6)及白细胞介素-6单抗(IL-6McAb)分别处理脑胶质瘤细胞株SHG-44及4例脑胶质瘤患者体外培养的人脑胶质瘤细胞。结果显示,rIL-6能刺激SHG-44细胞及人脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖,且均呈剂量依赖关系。表明人脑胶质瘤中亦存在白细胞介素-6(IL-6)自分泌环路,这种自分泌环路的存在可能参与维持脑胶质瘤的恶性增殖。
The human glial cells were cultured in vitro with recombinant human interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-6 (IL-6McAb) in SHG-44 glioma cell line and in 4 glioma patients Tumor cells. The results showed that rIL-6 could stimulate the proliferation of SHG-44 cells and human glioma cells in a dose-dependent manner. That human glioma also exists in the interleukin-6 (IL-6) autocrine loop, the existence of this autocrine loop may be involved in the maintenance of glioma malignant proliferation.
