目的:比较醇沉法、壳聚糖和ZTC-Ⅱ型吸附澄清法对消暑利湿凉茶口服液纯化工艺的影响;优化最佳工艺条件;并进行初步药效学研究。方法:以绿原酸含量、多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验筛选最优工艺条件;分别采用小鼠耳肿胀法、滤纸法和炭末推进法观察口服液的抗炎、利尿和肠推进作用。结果:壳聚糖吸附澄清法为最佳纯化工艺,其最优工艺条件为浓缩液浓度1:1,壳聚糖澄清剂用量30%,温度80℃,口服液有明显的抗炎、利尿和肠推进作用。结论:壳聚糖吸附澄清法能代替醇沉法用于消暑利湿凉茶口服液的澄清工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of alcohol precipitation, chitosan and ZTC-Ⅱ adsorption clarification on the purification process of Xiaozhusili herbal tea oral solution, optimize the optimum technological conditions, and conduct preliminary pharmacodynamic studies. Methods: Using chlorogenic acid content and polysaccharide content as indexes, the optimum technological conditions were screened by orthogonal test. Anti-inflammatory, diuretic and intestinal propelling effects of oral liquid were observed by ear swelling method, filter paper method and carbon powder push method respectively . Results: Chitosan adsorption and clarification method was the best purification process. The optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of the concentrate was 1: 1, the dosage of chitosan clarifier was 30%, the temperature was 80 ℃. The oral liquid had obvious anti-inflammatory, Intestinal promote the role. Conclusion: The chitosan adsorption clarification method can replace the alcohol precipitation method for the clarifying process of Xiaoshuoli Wet Herbal Tea Oral Liquid.
