在“互联网+”背景下,网络营销人才的培养俨然成为企业经济繁荣与腾飞的关键和核心所在,同时也是社会迅猛发展的必然要求,更是我国综合国际竞争力增强的有效途径。诚然,“互联网+”时代的到来迅速实现了互联网和各个传统行业的无缝结合,这无论是对我国传统行业,还是新兴行业来说均是一次难得机遇与挑战。本文从高职教育角度出发,简单阐述了“互联网+”的概念与内涵,继而分析了在“互联网+”背景下,我国高校在对网络营销人才的培养上所出现的问题,最后提出了可实施的人才培养方案,以飨读者。
Under the background of “Internet + ”, the cultivation of network marketing talents has become the key and core of the enterprise’s economic prosperity and take-off, as well as the inevitable requirement of the rapid social development. It is also an effective way for enhancing our comprehensive international competitiveness. Admittedly, the advent of the “Internet + ” era has rapidly realized the seamless integration of the Internet and various traditional industries, which is both a rare opportunity and a challenge for both traditional industries and emerging industries in China. Based on the perspective of higher vocational education, this paper simply expounds the concept and connotation of “Internet + ”, and then analyzes the problems that colleges and universities have in cultivating network marketing talents in the background of “Internet + ” Finally, we put forward a feasible talent training program to readers.
