云南电网公司总经理廖泽龙指出:要按照公司已确定的工作思路和方法,增强创新的主动性、积极性,树立创新在基层、创新在一线、创新在岗位的观念。要围绕工作中的重点,难点问题进行创新,立足岗位和本职工作开展创新活动,通过创新手段提高管理水平。大力推进管理创新,是公司党组从云南电网发展大局出发,对实现企业又好又快发展提出的重大战略任务。我们要充分认识管理创新的重要意义,大力营造全员参与创新、鼓励创新、宽容失败的创新文化氛围。
