目的介绍解吸电喷雾电离技术(desorption electrospray ionization,DESI)这一常压质谱技术的基本原理,并综述其在药学领域的研究应用。方法归纳分析了自该技术提出以来的国内外相关文献资料。结果与结论DESI可以在自然环境中对普通表面上的物质直接进行检测,所分析样品基本不需要前处理,因而操作简便、快速,能反映样品存在的真实信息。目前已在药物的检测和高通量分析、生产监测、体内代谢以及化学成像等方面显示出特有的优势和巨大的潜力。
Objective To introduce the basic principle of desorption electrospray ionization (DESI), an atmospheric pressure mass spectrometry technique, and to review its application in the field of pharmacy. Methods The paper summarizes the relevant documents at home and abroad since the technology was put forward. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS DESI can directly detect common surface substances in the natural environment. The analyzed samples do not need pretreatment basically, so the operation is simple, fast and can reflect the real information of the existence of the sample. Currently, it has shown unique advantages and great potential in drug detection and high throughput analysis, production monitoring, in vivo metabolism and chemical imaging.
