使用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)研究了不同粒径氢氧化镁(MH)在沥青中的分散性,采用极限氧指数法与锥形量热仪法配合试验证实了MH分散性对阻燃效果有一定程度的影响。结果表明,添加5份3000目MH的阻燃改性沥青极限氧指数达到29%以上,释放热量低,抑烟效果良好。
The rubber processing analyzer (RPA) was used to study the dispersibility of magnesium hydroxide (MH) with different particle size in asphalt. The limiting oxygen index method and cone calorimeter method were used to test the compatibility of MH dispersion with flame retardancy A certain degree of impact. The results showed that the limit oxygen index of flame-retardant modified asphalt with 5 parts of 3000-mesh MH reached more than 29% with low heat release and good smoke suppression effect.
