消化性溃疡治疗愈合率高,但年复发率亦高(达60％～80％),且缺乏确切有效的预防措施。本文总结综合预防治疗复发性十二指肠球部溃疡56例随访结果如下: 一、资料 具有典型球部溃疡史2年以上,并经胃镜证实病例56例,其中男41例,女15例,年龄24岁～56岁,平均年龄30.5±6.2岁,复发性溃疡史平均5.7±2.8年,平均年复发次数1.8±0.7次,最高年复发4次,所有病人都有“雷尼替丁”“西米替丁”“洛赛克”治疗史。
