经过大量的现场实验与理论研究,充分考虑到二次冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在首次提出“切水”与“冷却”综合控制目标函数的基础上,建立了一套冷却液喷淋综合控制数学模型,并将其应用到宝钢1220DCR机组的生产实践,使得机组冷却液的供给,既能满足“切水”要求以保证带钢的表面质量同时又能进行有效冷却保证带钢的板形质量,为现场创造了较好的经济效益,可以推广应用。
