目的探讨心可舒片与倍他乐克对冠心病患者动脉弹性的影响。方法选取2006年1月至11月北京大学人民医院心脏中心50例经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者,随机分为两组,每组25例,两组患者除常规冠心病治疗外,一组给予心可舒片,另一组给予倍他乐克片,治疗持续8周,分别观察患者治疗前后血压、心率、大动脉顺应指数(C1)、小动脉震荡指数(C2)、颈-桡动脉的脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的变化。结果与治疗前相比,倍他乐克组的血压较心可舒组明显降低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后心率皆明显下降(P<0.05),倍他乐克组与心可舒组心率下降趋势无明显差异。治疗后在C1、C2及颈-桡动脉的PWV改善方面心可舒组优于倍他乐克组(P<0.05)。结论心可舒片可改善冠心病患者的大小动脉震荡指数、减慢脉搏波传导速度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinkeshu Tablets and Betaloc on arterial elasticity in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2006 to November 2006, Peking University People’s Hospital Cardiac Center 50 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group, except two groups of patients with conventional coronary heart disease treatment, one The patients were given XK tablets and the other group were treated with Betaloc tablets for eight weeks. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate, arterial compliance index (C1), arteriolar index (C2), cervical-radial artery Of pulse wave velocity (PWV) changes. Results Compared with before treatment, the blood pressure of Betaloc significantly decreased compared with that of Xinkeshu (P <0.05). After treatment, the heart rate of both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in heart rate between Betaloc and XK group. Xinkuxu group was superior to Betaloc group in improving PWV of C1, C2 and cervical-radial artery after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Xinkeshu tablet can improve the magnitude of arterial vasospasm in patients with coronary heart disease and slow the pulse wave velocity.
