测量了属黑杨派的40个无性系的叶片,对16个变量进行了统计分析。变量分析和变量成分的划分显示出不同变量对无性系的鉴别力有很大差异。由主成分分析得到了5个成分,其累积方差占总方差的90%以上。将每个无性系样本分成2组,将2组的5个主成分标准化平均值作为聚类分析的输入。聚类结果40个无性系中有30个的2组数据单元首先聚合为一类。
The leaves of 40 clones belonging to Black Populus were measured, and 16 variables were statistically analyzed. The analysis of variables and the division of variable components show that there are great differences in the discriminatory power of different variables on clones. Five components were obtained by principal component analysis, and the cumulative variance accounted for more than 90% of the total variance. Each clonal sample is divided into two groups, and the average of the five principal components of the two groups is used as input for the cluster analysis. Clustering results Two out of 40 clones, two of the data units, are first grouped into one category.
