由于地层的应力条件对井孔稳定性、其中的套管的完整性及寿命有直接影响,因此它是影响油井生产效率的主要因素之一。针对可钻性和套管寿命等优化目标,该文提出了井孔轨迹优化计算时需要用到的地层载荷势。地层载荷势表达了地层初始应力状态对井孔稳定性及其中的套管的完整性的力学影响特征:其值越小,越有利于井孔稳定性及其中的套管的完整。此外,当需要对井孔关键井段的套管设计强度进行校核时,也可以用地层载荷势作为参考指数,选取相关井段进行计算校核。算例表明:地层载荷因子这一概念合理、相关计算格式实用,为相关工程实践提供了一个简便实用的理论工具。
As the stratum stress conditions have a direct impact on the wellbore stability, the integrity of the casing and life expectancy, it is one of the main factors that affect the production efficiency of the well. In view of the optimization objectives such as drillability and casing life, the paper presents the stratum load potential needed in the wellbore trajectory optimization calculation. The stratum load potential expresses the mechanical influence on the stability of the borehole and the integrity of the casing in the initial stress state of the formation: the smaller the value is, the better the stability of the borehole and the integrity of the casing. In addition, when it is necessary to check the casing design strength of a key well section of a well borehole, it is also possible to use the stratum load potential as a reference index and select relevant well sections for calculation and verification. The example shows that the concept of stratum load factor is reasonable and the relevant calculation format is practical, which provides a simple and practical theoretical tool for relevant engineering practice.
