最近几年,我国报刊上出现了关于磁化技术诱发非豆科作物结瘤、固氮问题的争论,在农业科技界引起普遍的关心和注意,本文以黄瓜为试验材料,证明一定剂量的磁化处理有促进黄瓜植株鲜重增加、生长健壮的作用,但未观察到磁化诱导黄瓜植株结瘤、固氮现象。试验还首次证明,根结线虫可以将根瘤菌引入黄瓜根结中,但进入黄瓜根结中的根瘤菌不能正常表达原有的固氮活性。
