Objective: To observe the effect of exogenous TGF-β1 on the expression of TLR4 and MD-2 in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: EAE model was established by immunizing C57BL / 6J mice with MOG35-55, TGF-β1 was injected subcutaneously at multiple time points, and the mRNA expression of TLR4 was detected by RT-PCR. The levels of MD-2 s level. Results: Compared with EAE group, there was no significant difference in the expression of TLR4 and MD-2 between the TGF-β1 group and the EAE group (P> 0.05, P> 0.05) (P> 0.05). The expressions of TLR4 and MD-2 in chronic phase were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.05). Conclusion: Exogenous TGF-β1 may affect the condition of EAE mice by up-regulating TLR4 expression.
