一、工作背景三亚市自2015年6月获批“生态修复城市修补”试点城市以来,在国家推进新型城镇化以及城市转型发展的背景下,大力推进“生态修复城市修补”试点工作。《三亚解放路南段综合环境建设规划》是作为本次三亚市“城市修补”的示范性项目,是城市修补理念的指导下的一次具体实践。
I.
