优化和完善设计沥青混合料配合比主要目的就是确定不同情况之下最为合理的沥青使用量以及混合料级配,最终为不同的工程要求和设计要求提供最佳的设计方案。相对于沥青的使用量,混合料级配是影响沥青混合料性能指标的更为重要的因素。在本文的试验中,不改变>4.75mm的粗骨料骨架结构,而是对2.36~4.75mm的材料使用数量进行变化,利用旋转压实法,对矿料级配不同的各种组合的体积指标进行分析研究,进而发现2.36~4.75mm材料对沥青混合料性能指标的若干影响,同时确定了方便施工、骨架结构优良的混合料级配。
The main purpose of optimizing and improving the design mix of asphalt mixture is to determine the most reasonable asphalt usage and mixture gradation under different conditions and finally provide the best design proposal for different engineering requirements and design requirements.
