Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is an extremely rare myeloproliferative disease. Since Tuohy first reported 30 cases in 1920, there were sporadic reports in the literature. This article analyzes the clinical and bone marrow characteristics of 5 cases of CNL treated in our hospital for 30 years. Clinical data 1. General information 5 cases were all patients admitted to our department from January 1988 to April 1994. Age 43 to 64 years, 3 males and 2 females. All cases at admission
