目的评价吻合器在直肠癌超低位切除拖出吻合术中的作用。方法回顾性分析22例低位直肠癌应用吻合器技术行结肠直肠拖出吻合的经验。结果(1)术后发生吻合口漏及吻合口狭窄各1例(45%)。(2)局部复发2例,复发率为91%。(3)围手术期死亡率为0。(4)患者术后3个月排便次数及控便功能接近正常人。结论吻合器技术能帮助外科医生顺利完成手法缝合不易或难以完成的低位直肠癌吻合术,且效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the role of stapler in anastomosis of ultra-low resection and rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 22 cases of rectal cancer with stapling technique colorectal traction anastomosis experience. Results (1) Anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stricture occurred in 1 case (45%). (2) Local recurrence in 2 cases, the recurrence rate was 91%. Perioperative mortality was 0. (4) The number of patients with bowel movement after 3 months and control of stool function close to normal. Conclusions Stapler technology can help surgeons to successfully complete the anastomosis of low rectal cancer which is not easy or difficult to be sutured and has good effect.
