本研究运用动物实验观察了不同剂量三硝基甲苯(TNT)处理大鼠,对血清睾酮(T)水平及睾丸Leydig细胞3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD)活性影响以及睾丸病理学改变。结果显示,TNT200mg/kg处理组大鼠血清T含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而TNT100和200mg/kg处理组大鼠睾丸Leyding细胞3β-HSD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。组织病理学检查结果表明,TNT100和200mg/kg处理组大鼠睾丸Legdig细胞结构基本正常,但可引起生精上皮结构改变。
In this study, we observed the effects of different doses of TNT on serum testosterone (T) levels and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) activity in testis Leydig cells and the pathological changes of testis . The results showed that the serum T content of rats treated with TNT200mg / kg was significantly lower than that of the control (P <0.05), while the activity of 3β-HSD in testis Leyding cells was significantly lower than that of the control (P <0.05). The results of histopathological examination showed that the structure of Legdig cells in testis of TNT100 and 200 mg / kg groups was normal, but the structure of seminiferous epithelium was changed.
