目的:了解IL-8的活性变化,评价正畸扭转力对成人牙髓组织的影响。方法:选取矫治设计为拔除4个第一前磨牙成人正畸患者56例。根据上颌第一前磨牙采用交互牵引正畸扭转力值的不同分为4oz组、6oz组和8oz组,分别于加力1、2、3、4周后取出牙髓组织标本;对照组分别于实验组相同时间段内拔牙后,取出牙髓组织标本,应用光度酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)测定牙髓中IL-8的含量在矫治过程中的变化。结果:4oz组、6oz组、8oz组不同时段IL-8活性的比较均有所不同;加力1、2、3、4周组IL-8活性的比较均有所不同。结论:成人扭转牙纠正时,持续扭转力的大小是否会对牙髓活性产生损害,关键依据牙齿受到持续扭转力1-2周时牙髓状态,扭转力的大小需要低于8oz。
Objective: To understand the changes of IL-8 activity and evaluate the effect of orthodontic torque on adult pulp tissue. Methods: 56 cases of adult orthodontic patients who had undergone four first premolar orthodontics were selected for orthodontic treatment. The maxillary first premolar teeth were divided into 4oz group, 6oz group and 8oz group according to the different value of interactive traction orthodontic force. Pulp tissue samples were taken out 1, 2, The dental pulp tissue samples were taken out from the experimental group during the same time period. The content of IL-8 in the dental pulp during the treatment was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Compared with 4oz group, 6oz group and 8oz group, IL-8 activity was different at different time points. IL-8 activity in 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks groups were different. CONCLUSIONS: Whether the magnitude of sustained torsion force will impair the activity of pulp during the correction of adult twisted teeth depends on the state of the pulp after 1-2 weeks of sustained torsional force. The magnitude of torsional force needs to be less than 8oz.
