Promoting teachers’ self-realization and enhancing their sense of well-being is an important way to promote school development. To make teachers feel happy, we need to form a recognition of educational ideas at the school management level, so that teachers dare to create and implement self-breakthroughs. The evaluation system for teachers must follow the principle of pluralism. Only teachers can teach music, schools can take advantage of opportunities and vitality.
