提出通过风口喷煤向高炉中加入含MgO物料,以替代烧结料中添加MgO的传统方法。通过试验考察了添加轻烧菱镁石对煤粉燃烧率的影响。结果表明:添加MgO有助于提高煤粉燃烧率,进一步富氧则助燃效果更明显。在安钢160 kg/t喷煤比的条件下,适宜的轻烧菱镁石添加量为3%~4%。
It is proposed to add MgO-containing material to the blast furnace through tuyere injection to replace the traditional method of adding MgO to the sintering material. The effects of adding light burned magnesite on the combustion rate of pulverized coal were investigated through experiments. The results show that adding MgO can improve the combustion rate of pulverized coal and further oxygen enrichment is more obvious. In Anshan Iron and Steel 160 kg / t PCI ratio, the appropriate light burned magnesite addition of 3% to 4%.
