采用光学金相和光谱分析仪等分析手段,对材料为SCSiMn2H钢的推耙机支撑环断裂进行了分析。结果表明,高强度硅锰钢SCSiMn2H中Al元素含量过高,在冷却结晶过程中以氮化物的形式大量聚集于晶界,使支撑环的整体宏观强度降低;同时,调质过程中,淬火冷却速度慢,未发生完全马氏体转变,回火后金相组织混乱,硬度及强度均达不到要求。最后,利用Pro/mechanica对支撑环进行了有限元结构定性分析,从设计上提高产品安全系数。
By means of optical metallography and optical spectrum analyzer, the fracture of support ring of push raker with SCSiMn2H steel was analyzed. The results show that the content of Al in high-strength Si-Mn steel is too high, and forms a large amount of nitride in the form of nitride during cooling and crystallization, which reduces the overall macro-strength of the support ring. Meanwhile, during quenching and cooling Slow, no complete martensitic transformation, after tempering the microstructure disorder, hardness and strength fail to meet the requirements. Finally, using Pro / mechanica, finite element structural qualitative analysis of the support ring was carried out to improve the product safety factor.
