作者报告1例用液体注入法乳房成形的病例。术后18年,成形的乳房突然呈急性炎症状态,乳房X光片呈肿物像,通过活检诊断为乳癌。作者认为因注入异物引起癌变是很难发现的、所以盲目地注入硅胶或液体石蜡是不可靠的。
