心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白是一种可溶性的小分子细胞内非酶蛋白质,对生物多项功能有着十分重要的调控作用,因此成为了临床医学和畜牧生产两大领域的研究热点。本文综述了近年来H-FABP基因作为实用型特异性心肌损伤标志物在治疗多种心血管疾病中发挥其重要作用的研究实例,同时介绍了其在畜牧生产方面的相关研究,并探讨了作为影响畜禽生长性能和提高其肉质性质的候选基因的实际意义。 Cardiac fatty acid-binding protein is a soluble small molecule intracellular non-enzymatic protein, which plays a very important regulatory role in many biological functions. Therefore, it has become a research hot spot in the two major fields of clinical medicine and animal husbandry. This review summarizes recent studies on the role of H-FABP as a practical marker of myocardial damage in the treatment of a wide range of cardiovascular diseases. In the meantime, the related studies on livestock production are also introduced. The practical significance of candidate genes that affect the growth performance of livestock and poultry and their meat quality.
