在11例结直肠癌患者中,有10例用放射性标记的抗肿瘤单克隆抗体(791T/36)定位获得成功。用γ照相机摄像证实,在减去本底放射性后,主要瘤对非肿瘤的抗体摄入量之比为4.4/1。用杂交瘤791T/36克隆3作为抗体来源,抗体用~(131)Ⅰ标记,将含有200μg抗体与约70MBq~(131)Ⅰ的制剂200ml用30分钟以上的时间滴入病人肘前静脉,24小时后在病人腹部、骨盆摄前后位像,(必要时其他部位亦可摄像。)对不手术的病人在48和72小时再行连续摄像观察。
Of the 11 patients with colorectal cancer, 10 had successful radiolabeled anti-tumor monoclonal antibodies (791T/36). Gamma-camera imaging confirmed that the ratio of the major tumors to non-tumor antibody intake was 4.4/1 after subtracting the background radioactivity. The hybridoma 791T/36 clone 3 was used as the antibody source, and the antibody was labeled with 131I. 200 ml of the preparation containing 200 μg of antibody and about 70 MBq of 131 I was dropped into the patient’s elbow vein over 30 minutes, 24 Hours later, the anterior and posterior images of the patient’s abdomen and pelvis were taken. (Other sites may be photographed if necessary.) Repeated video observations were performed at 48 and 72 hours for inoperable patients.
