中央红军四渡赤水的战略战术,巳被视为世界军事战略思想的典范之一.国内自1985年以来,围绕四渡赤水战略目标的研究已有一些成果,但仍不免粗疏,其主要表现为对一渡赤水及此后军事行动未能明确区分开来,往往是把一渡战略目标纳入“四渡赤水的战略目标是争取创建川滇黔边区新根据地”这一主题.笔者以为,这种忽略了一渡赤水的独特战略目标的看法,对四渡赤水战略战术的正确认识有所影响.故呈管见以求专家学者指教.
