混凝土的固有弱点是由于其脆性而容易产生裂缝,如何提高混凝土的抗裂性已成为目前最为关注的问题,通过室内试验和微观试验分别研究了膨胀剂和纤维对磨细矿渣粉水泥混凝土力学性能、收缩性能以及混凝土内部结构产生的影响。研究结果表明,膨胀剂能够补偿混凝土的自收缩,同时,磨细矿渣与膨胀剂提高了混凝土的致密性,可以防止混凝土的早期开裂;纤维分散在混凝土中形成三维网络支撑体系,可以增加混凝土的韧性,提高其抗裂性;此3种材料的共同使用可以更有效地提高混凝土的抗裂性。
