搭建实验台,对小流量大温差条件下溴化锂水溶液在多套管式换热器和钎焊板式换热器中的传热性能进行了研究,并测试了溴化锂水溶液回收的饱和制冷剂水余热。基于实验数据拟合出溴化锂溶液钎焊板式换热器对流换热特征数方程,并与文献中的相应方程进行比较,以验证拟合方程的可靠性。实验结果表明,该方程可用于指导溴化锂溶液在钎焊板式换热器中流动的热力水力特性的理论分析,为换热器优化设计提供依据。
The experimental bench was set up to study the heat transfer performance of lithium bromide aqueous solution in multi-tube heat exchangers and brazed plate heat exchangers under the conditions of small flow and large temperature difference, and the residual heat of saturated refrigerant recovered by lithium bromide aqueous solution was tested. Based on the experimental data, the characteristic equation of convection heat transfer for lithium bromide solution brazed plate heat exchangers was fitted and compared with the corresponding equations in literature to verify the reliability of the fitting equation. The experimental results show that the equation can be used to guide the theoretical analysis of the thermal and hydraulic characteristics of lithium bromide solution flowing in the brazed plate heat exchanger, and provide the basis for the optimal design of the heat exchanger.
