现阶段,我国对核电项目的重视力度逐渐加大,每年都投入数额较大的资金用于核电项目的建设。做好项目成本的有效管理是核电企业顺利开展生产工作的前提和保障。由于核电项目涉及到的环节较多,在成本控制中往往容易出现一些问题,如何针对实际状况合理的解决问题成为管理层的关注重点。本文就施工企业项目成本管理中的问题及措施进行了详细的讨论。
At this stage, our country attaches great importance to the nuclear power project, and every year we invest a large amount of funds for the construction of nuclear power projects. Doing a good job of project cost management is the prerequisite and guarantee for the nuclear power enterprises to smoothly carry out production work. Since there are many links involved in nuclear power projects, some problems often appear in cost control. Therefore, how to solve the problems reasonably in the light of actual conditions has become the focus of management’s attention. This article discusses the problems and measures in project cost management of construction enterprises in detail.
