目的:建立牛黄清感胶囊质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法和紫外-可见分光光度法对制剂中的人工牛黄进行定量控制,从而保证药品的质量。结果:薄层色谱可成功鉴别处方中的人工牛黄,利用紫外-可见分光光度法中的建立本制剂的人工牛黄定量标准;胆酸在0.00677~0.0338mg/ml浓度范围内与吸收度有良好线性关系,r=0.9994。结论:该方法对提高产品质量有一定意义。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Niuhuang Qingyao Capsule. Methods: The artificial bezoar in the preparation was quantitatively controlled by TLC and UV-Vis spectrophotometry to ensure the quality of the medicine. Results: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) could successfully identify the artificial bezoar in the prescription. Based on the quantitative standard of artificial bezoar established by UV-visible spectrophotometry, the concentration of bile acids in the range of 0.00677 ~ 0.0338mg / ml had good linearity with the absorbance Relationship, r = 0.9994. Conclusion: This method has some significance for improving product quality.
