1989年元月至12月,我院采用BD8828型碎石机治疗上尿路结石369例,现报道如下:临床资料一、本组男性255例,女性134例,年龄10～73岁,平均39岁;右侧201例,左侧188例;肾结石301例,输尿管结石88例;最小结石为0.3×0.6cm,最大为6.8×4.0cm。二、治疗方法:肾和上段输尿管结石仰卧位,中下段及部份上段输尿管结石俯卧位。3cm以下结石采用一次粉碎法;大于3cm及多发性结石,通常采用分次碎石法。
