为了能在日常操作中及时掌控炉型变化规律、稳定炉况,以首钢集团某高炉为依托,开发了高炉炉型管理综合模型。该模型以二维、三维方式采用可视化技术对表征炉型演变的热流强度进行动态显示与跟踪,以便在日常高炉操作中及时观察炉型在周向和纵向的变化情况,并借助聚类分析法从宏观上寻求最佳操作炉型以及与其对应的各段冷却壁温度范围,为高炉稳定操作提供依据。
