21世纪是学校的教育创造性转型的时代,《民事诉讼法》也不例外,它所处的时代背景也对这门课程的教学改革提出了迫切的要求。本文通过课堂教学方式的改革、多媒体教学方式的改革和课后检查方式的改革,对《民事诉讼法》课堂教学改革的具体措施提出了建设性的理论建议,以期引起法学教育者对此问题的更广泛的关注与思考。
The 21st century is an era of creative transformation of education in schools. The Civil Procedure Law is no exception. The background of the times it places also poses an urgent requirement for the teaching reform of this course.
