多年来，校长的工作更多的是重视学校行政管理中关于科学管理的一面，只强调用科学管理的方法来管理学校。如行政的方法、经济的方法、目标管理的方法、质量管理的方法等等来组织安排学校的整体工作，却不太重视校长领导艺术管理方面的问题。
