应用ＧＦ－１型管状吻合器行胸内食管、胃吻合４１６例，未发生吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、出血等并发症。对吻合器使用过程中的常见并发症及其预防进行了分析和讨论。 There were 416 intraesophageal and gastric anastomosis cases with GF-1 tubular stapling device. No complications such as anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis and hemorrhage occurred. The common complications during the use of the stapler and its prevention were analyzed and discussed.
