Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf dropping pills in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and ten patients with unstable angina pectoris (low risk group) were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 55) and control group (n = 55). The treatment group was given ginkgo leaf pills orally and the control group was given oral administration of isosorbide dinitrate After 4 weeks, the curative effect of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, blood lipid, C-reactive protein, hemorheology and cardiac function were observed. Results The angina pectoris symptom and electrocardiogram in treatment group and control group were better than those before treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). The levels of serum lipids, C-reactive protein and hemorheology in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, which were significantly different (P <0.05). The treatment group after treatment, cardiac function improved significantly. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba dropping pills can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris and improve the blood lipids, C-reactive protein, hemorheology and cardiac function in patients with significant clinical effects.
