目的:建立龙眼叶药材的HPLC色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC,Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温20℃,洗脱时间90 min,检测波长360 nm。结果:检测了广西不同来源的10批龙眼叶药材,确定11个共有色谱峰,相似度评价结果表明,各产地龙眼叶药材相似度均>0.90。结论:龙眼叶HPLC指纹图谱可用于龙眼叶药材的鉴别及质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC chromatogram of longan leaf medicinal materials. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 20 ℃ and the elution time 90 min, detection wavelength of 360 nm. Results: Ten herbs cultivars from different origins in Guangxi were detected and 11 common chromatographic peaks were identified. The similarity evaluation showed that the similarity of medicinal materials of longan in each producing area was> 0.90. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting of longan leaves can be used for the identification and quality control of longan leaf medicinal materials.
