法学本科人才的培养对促进我国实现“依法治国,建立社会主义法制国家”的战略决策、深化我国行政体制改革、推进“法治政府”的建立具有举足轻重的作用。但长期以来,我国法学人才培养目标和法学教育实践存在着一定程度的缺陷,且两者之间的契合性也不尽如人意。专业与职业分离、理论与实践脱节以及毕业生创造性不够、实践性不强、就业率不高等问题,困扰着法学教育的持续发展。问题的症结在于人才培养模式的定位不够准确。对此,必须构建“复合型、应用性”法学本科人才培养模式,以增强法学教育的科学性和法学本科人才的适用性。
The cultivation of law undergraduate talents plays a decisive role in promoting our country’s strategic decision of “realizing the country by law and building a socialist country with legal system”, deepening the reform of our administrative system and promoting the establishment of a “government under the rule of law”. However, for a long time, there are some flaws in the goals of legal personnel training and legal education in our country, and the compatibility between the two is unsatisfactory. The separation of professions and occupations, the disjunction between theory and practice, the lack of creativity of graduates, the weak practicality and the low employment rate have plagued the sustainable development of legal education. The crux of the problem lies in the inaccurate positioning of the personnel training mode. In this regard, we must build a “complex, applied ” law undergraduate training model to enhance the science of legal education and law undergraduate applicability.
